Hi my name is Natasha.

I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia, where I graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Performing Arts and soon thereafter launched my career as a Modern Jazz dancer, but unfortunately had an injury and had to be hospitalized. I was in the hospital for several months unable to exercise or practice. So I put on weight and as a result the injury never healed properly. My dream to be a professional dancer was not obtainable for me. So in the process of losing the weight gained I took my first aerobic class and loved it. I was very self-conscience of the way I looked with the weight gained and it made me feel so bad each time I would look at myself in the mirror. So I took quite a lot of yoga and group fitness classes until one day I decided to make a career move in fitness and nutrition.

Therefore I totally understand how people might feel when they look in a mirror and don’t feel comfortable with themselves. I know the feeling when you think that there is nothing you can do to change the way you look and feel about yourself. I have been in this situation before and understand how hard it is to really make a first step forward to make the changes and be able to look as you once did or wished. This goal seems to be so unobtainable, but it actually far from it because I am living proof like all my students who are making very good progress and reaching their goals in a set time.

I've been teaching physical fitness, various all round fitness & well being techniques for 25 years and have a lot of experience in teaching students from many different backgrounds and many different levels of fitness. I’ve been trained and certified as group exercise trainer such as yoga, step, kickboxing, body sculpting, cycling and water aerobic by AMERICAN AEROBIC ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SPORTS MEDICINE ASSOCIATION, AFFA, ACE as well as a advance personal trainer at FITNESS RESOURS ASSOCIATS, AFFA, ACE and qualified to conduct the Emergency First Response Primary/Secondary Care and Care for Children Courses by Emergency first response

Some of my past students have been trying to recuperate from injuries and require specific treatment. Others have been overweight with a zero fitness level, and needed a program that would allow them to become mobile while losing weight. I also train athletes from every sport imaginable that requires a very intensive program in order to achieve their own goals, as well as models, actors & many more from the entertainment business and all walks of life.

My philosophy is to use all of my experiences to help people reach their individual goals. I feel honored and proud to have brought on board 17 years of my professional fitness experience to the Turks & Caicos community over the course of the past 10 years. Fitness has been an inalienable part of my life and I'm looking forward to introducing it into your life, so you look HOT & FEEL GREAT!!!
